In placing an order with Linen Hearts you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. All purchases are subject to UK law.

Purchases

All prices quoted on the website are in £ and are inclusive of VAT at the standard rate.
All products can be ordered directly from the website using the shopping basket and online secure payment service.

Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchase, however if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied we will be happy to give you an exchange or refund. Please contact us via email then return your purchase within 14 days of delivery in its original condition, with its box and enclosing proof of purchase. The postage and packaging charge is not refundable. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us so we strongly recommend that you send it by recorded post. Personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or a spelling error has occurred on our part. Please take care when completing the required information. We are not responsible for any consequential loss or expenses, howsoever caused. Goods should be returned to Linen Hearts.

Delivery

When you place an order with Linen Hearts we will receive your order via email. If we have your items in stock we will dispatch them within 7 days of receiving payment. However, as some of our products are handmade please allow up to 28 days for delivery. If you need an item urgently please email us and we will do our very best to get the item to you quickly. Delivery will be made by Royal Mail

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges will be calculated at the checkout area based on the weight of the goods. Please contact for shipping to European and Worldwide destinations Special/bespoke orders will be quoted delivery at time of order.

Portrayal of products

As all our products are handmade very slight variations may occasionally occur but this will not affect the quality of our products. We try our upmost to ensure that all of our photos match as closely as possible to the colours of the products but slight differences may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available. We will offer alternative options or refund payment in full.
